The mission of California Cars is to be a collectible-car resource for not only collectors worldwide but for anyone searching for an investment-grade car. --Our Owner-- Since he was able to drive, John Blenster, owner of California Cars, has been a specialty car enthusiast. This enthusiasm has fueled a desire to study, drive, and collect vintage cars from all over the world. Over the years, John has gained knowledge and experience that have helped him establish California Cars World Class Antique and Classic Car Marketplace as a superior resource for the car enthusiast. --Our History-- The concept of California Cars began in the 1950's when John Blenster bought his very first 1955 Chevy Bel Air. John began collecting more avidly in the 1970's and gained a wide variety of experience in locating, appraising, and restoring collectible cars. California Cars was officially opened in 1978. Many collectible car dealers have come and gone, but California Cars has withstood the gas shortages of the 70's, the radical market of the 80's, and the crunch of the 90's to emerge as one of the leaders in the world market. California Cars now offers a full line of antique, classic, muscle, and custom cars and motorcycles. We also offer late-model American, Japanese and European pre-owned cars. In fact, our efforts have led to an inventory of over 200 vehicles. --Location-- California Cars is located in the San Francisco Bay area-one of the ideal car markets in the world. We also offer late-model American, Japanese and European pre-owned cars. --Unparalleled Locator Service-- If we don't have it, we will find it! Give us the specifications, color, and price range and we will find the car you are looking for. --Easy Financing-- Financing and leasing plans are available from anywhere in the United States. We accept any bank wires or certified checks. For bank information or references, please call or fax. --Professional Appraisals-- Pre-purchase authentication, verified specifications, insurance estimates and price appraisals are all available. --Global Shipping-- We ship to all major ports in the world from Oakland and San Francisco. All cars are containerized and certified copies of the title are sent to the buyer overnight where possible. We have sold to people in over 35 countries. --Photography-- Photography and videotape coverage of any of our cars are available for serious buyers. --Gift and Book Store-- California Cars has one of the finest gift and book stores anywhere.
